Summary / Objective

5-years’ + experience as a Project Foreman in civil or heavy highway construction .The Asphalt Paving Foreman will provide overall on-site leadership of the paving crew, be able to operate the paver, provide for safety and quality assurance and assure that equipment maintenance is performed as needed by the shop mechanic. Services include milling, paving, patching, asphalt reconstruction, asphalt resurfacing, seal coating and crack sealing.
