Summary / Objective
Must pass a DOT MVR and drug screen. Have has a current DOT physical in the past 2 years. No more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents within a three-year period. No convictions of driving under the influence of alcohol or when under the influence of a controlled substance as defined by 49 CFR 383.5.
