Scope of Work:
Project consisted of a new pedestrian pathway at the downtown chamber of commerce parking lot on the Santa Fe street side. Project consisted of removing the existing asphalt pavement and landscaping, new decorative sidewalks, amphitheatre type stairs, new landscape & irrigation, new lighting, electrical room. Underground utilities & foundation of art piece.

Completion Time: 14 months (ahead of time)
